TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE CORK CLUB

1. General

By purchasing a ticket or attending a Cork Club event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Tickets & Payments

• All ticket sales are processed via third-party platforms (e.g. FIXR)

• Tickets are only valid for the specified event

3. Unauthorised Entry & Payment Obligations

Attendance at any Cork Club event requires a valid, paid ticket.

Any individual who attends an event without a valid ticket - including those who gain entry without payment - remains fully liable for the cost of attendance.

By attending the event, you agree that:

• you are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid ticket

• failure to purchase a ticket does not exempt you from payment

If an individual is identified as attending without a valid ticket:

• payment may be requested following the event

• failure to settle payment may result in removal from future events and/or the Cork Club community

The Cork Club reserves the right to:

👉 refuse future bookings

👉 revoke membership

👉 deny access to events

where payment obligations are not met.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are only available up to the stated deadline on the ticket platform

• Booking fees (including FIXR fees) are non-refundable

• No refunds will be issued after the stated deadline

5. Event Changes

We reserve the right to:

• change venue, timing, or format where necessary

• substitute wines or elements of the experience

6. Behaviour & Conduct

The Cork Club is a curated, social environment.

By attending, you agree to:

• behave respectfully towards other guests and staff

• follow instructions from hosts and venue staff

We reserve the right to:

👉 refuse entry

👉 remove any guest

👉 cancel membership

at our discretion, without refund, where behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

This includes behaviour before, during, or after events, including communication with The Cork Club or its members.

7. Membership

• Membership is curated and granted at our discretion

• We reserve the right to accept or decline applicants

• Membership may be revoked at any time

8. Photography & Content

By attending an event, you agree that:

• photography and video may be taken

• content may be used by The Cork Club

If you do not wish to appear, you must notify the photographer at the event.

All content:

• remains the property of The Cork Club

• is shared at our discretion

• may be removed at any time

The Cork Club is under no obligation to provide or retain any event media.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, you consent to the capture and use of photography and video as outlined above.

9. Liability

• Attendance is at your own risk

• We are not responsible for personal belongings

• We are not liable for circumstances outside our control

10. Health & Safety

Guests must:

• drink responsibly

• inform us of any allergies where relevant
